Request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unworn, in original packaging with all components and proof of purchase. Customers pay return shipping; there is no restocking fee.
Email support@selalook.co before sending an item back to obtain return instructions and the correct address. Eligible returned-item refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt, including inspection. Damaged, defective or incorrect items follow the separate no-return process in our Refund Policy.
