Currency and final price

Prices are displayed in AUD. The price on the product page is the final price, with no hidden fees. Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value.

If your payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider determines any conversion rate or charge. This is separate from the price charged by Sela Look.

Payment methods

You can pay by credit card. Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay are also offered where available for your device and order. Choose from the payment options displayed at checkout.

Payment issues

If checkout does not accept a payment, follow the message shown there or contact your payment provider. Do not send payment-card details by email or through the contact form. See our Security page.

Refunds for returned items

For eligible change-of-mind returns, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Inspection is included in this period. See the Refund Policy for the return conditions and the separate process for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Refunds without a return

Once we confirm that an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we will issue a refund for the affected item to your original payment method within 10 business days after that confirmation. You do not need to return the affected item.

Paid orders or items cancelled before dispatch

If cancellation of a paid order or item is confirmed before dispatch, we will issue a refund of the amount charged for the cancelled order or item to your original payment method within 10 business days after that confirmation.

For these two refund timeframes, business days are Monday to Friday. Counting starts on the first Monday-to-Friday day after the date we confirm the problem or cancellation. We will email you that confirmation. These timeframes are for issuing your refund and do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If we have not issued your refund within the applicable timeframe, please contact us.
