Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to customers within Australia. Orders are fulfilled and shipped through our international fulfillment and logistics partners. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

How much does shipping cost?
Free Shipping — 0.00 AUD on all orders. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How long will my order take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days, and transit takes 6–11 business days, for a total of 7–14 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

When is the order cut-off?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney) are processed the same business day; orders placed after are processed the next business day.

Is there a minimum order value?
No. There is no minimum order value.

All prices are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollars). All prices include GST.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of unused, unworn items in their original packaging with proof of purchase. See our Return and Refund Policy.

How do I start a return?
Email us at support@selalook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send return instructions and the correct return address after your request is approved.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.

Are there any restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@selalook.com with photos. We will issue a refund — you do not need to ship the item back.
