Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We offer a voluntary return window of 30 days from delivery for change-of-mind returns, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all components, with proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns must be requested and approved before sending any item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@selalook.com with your order number and clear photos. We will issue a refund for the affected item. You do not need to ship the item back.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received it within that time, please contact us.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

Returns Processing Location

Approved returns are processed through our international fulfillment and logistics partners. The correct return address will be provided in your return authorization. Returns must only be sent after receiving return authorization and instructions.
