Find your tracking update
If tracking is issued for your order, the shipping confirmation email contains the tracking link. Tracking updates appear after the carrier records the package.
- Open Track Your Order.
- Enter your order number and the email or phone number used for the order, or enter the tracking number.
- Select Track and read the latest shipment event shown by the tracking service.
Timing and help
